Our "Home Care" property maintenance services

With our first class team we can prepare your holiday home ready for your arrival ensuring that the property is clean, aired, beds made up and the hot water turned on plus food in the fridge if you wish.

Permanently based in Verfeil sur Seye, with first hand knowledge of the area, we are ideally situated to help maintain and clean your holiday home, pool and garden and provide a local contact point for yourselves or your guests and clients.

Our services can include all or some of the following.

  • Arrange repairs to your home including call outs for the breakdown of appliances.

  • Organise cleaning to the highest standard in between guest visits and rentals.

  • Manage security deposits with your commercial clients and provide a key holding service.

  • Provide other services to your guests or clients including basic information about the area, services, shops etc.

  • Your point of contact on the ground in emergencies.

  • Handle and report back any commercial client complaints

  • Provide a linen and towel laundry service

  • Offer a basic grocery welcome pack on guest/client arrival

  • Carry out monthly checks on your holiday home throughout the year ensuring it is safe and secure.

  • Provide regular reports in English on our activities

  • Grass cutting, weeding and taking care of your garden on a regular basis

  • Cleaning, care and maintenance of your swimming pool including winterisation and summer opening.

  • Assistance in the promotion and bookings for rental properties on the web and at a local level.
