About the owners

Hi, we're Richard Oakes and Joanna Castelli, originally from Brighton in the UK but now living in the lovely French village of Verfeil-sur-Seye in the Midi-Pyrénées.

We are the Verfeil Owners Club , a property management and holiday home rental service operating in and around Verfeil-sur-Seye.

After meeting and working with Richard and Elaine Woollam of Saint Antonin Noble Val Owners Club , we are thrilled to join them in creating the Verfeil Owners Club to service holiday properties in the immediate area of our home. (We cover a radius of 25 kilometres around Verfeil.)

We bought our village house almost 3 years ago and have been steadily renovating it, having moved here permanently with our two young children.

Since we began our renovation work, we have built good working relationships with a number of trusted local artisans (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, roofers and general builders) and are able to assist you with any of your requirements. We can source craftsmen for almost any project and oversee it for you by supplying regular updates either by email and digital photos or by telephone.

The Verfeil Owners Club also offers an ongoing service for absent owners - from key holding and security checks, to spring cleaning and maintenance in readiness for your holiday.

Our property rental service guarantees a seamless holiday rental changeover too, which includes house cleaning, linen changes, welcome packs and even swimming pool and garden maintenance. Whatever your needs our services can be tailored to suit.

The Tarn et Garonne is a beautiful and friendly part of France, unspoiled and offering a wealth of natural and historic attractions including the perfect climate for a relaxing or even adventurous summer holiday.
